To take the correct measurements, we recommend using a flexible measuring tape that fits comfortably around the corresponding part of your body.

• Chest Measurement: Place the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms and over your shoulder blades. Make sure the tape is level and not too tight or too loose.

• Sleeve Measurement: Extend your arm and bend your elbow slightly. Measure from the center back of your neck to your elbow bone and then down to your wrist. Make sure to keep the measuring tape straight and snug but not tight.

• Length Measurement: Measure from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the garment. Make sure the measuring tape is straight and follows the natural line of the body.

To obtain the maximum quality duration of the garment, we suggest you follow these instructions:

1. Hand or machine wash : You can wash your cotton garment in cold or warm water. If you decide to use the washing machine, select a gentle cycle and use mild detergent.
2. Wash separately : To prevent fading and protect the print, wash the garment separately from other clothing, especially those with bright colors.
3. Avoid bleaches : Do not use bleaches or harsh chemicals as they can damage both the print and the fabric.
4. Dry in the shade : To prolong the life of the print, dry the garment in the shade. Avoid direct exposure to the sun.
5. Low temperature ironing : If ironing is necessary, be sure to do so inside out and at a low temperature. Avoid passing the iron directly over the print.
6. Do not twist : When wringing out the garment after washing, do not twist it vigorously, as this can damage both the fabric and the print.
7. Do not use hot water : Avoid washing the garment in hot water, as this may affect the quality of the print.
8. Proper storage : Store the garment in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
