We ship to Guatemala, the United States, Canada, and all of Europe (Spain, Germany, France, Italy, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, and others). The package leaves with a tracking number from the day it enters production.

Guatemala: 2 to 5 business days from when the package is dispatched. United States and Canada: 5 to 10 business days. Europe: 7 to 15 business days. Times may vary if the order is placed during peak season or due to customs.

How do I track my order?

Each order has its own tracking number, which we send to you via email as soon as the package enters the carrier's system. You can track it in real-time until it arrives at your door.

What happens if the package doesn't arrive or arrives damaged?
