Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to Guatemala, the United States, Canada, and all of Europe (Spain, Germany, France, Italy, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, and others). The package is dispatched with a tracking number from the day it enters production.
How long does delivery take?

Guatemala: 2 to 5 business days from when the package is dispatched. United States and Canada: 5 to 10 business days. Europe: 7 to 15 business days. Times may vary if the order is placed during peak season or due to customs.
How do I track my order?

Every order comes with a tracking number, which we email to you as soon as the package enters the carrier's system. You can track it in real-time until it reaches your door.
What happens if the package doesn't arrive or arrives damaged?

If the package does not arrive within the estimated time or arrives with visible damage, write to us with a photo of its condition and your order number. We will replace it or resolve the issue directly, without bureaucratic procedures.
Do you do exchanges or returns?
