Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to Guatemala, the United States, Canada, and all of Europe (Spain, Germany, France, Italy, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, and others). The package leaves with a tracking number from the day it enters production.

Guatemala: 2 to 5 business days from when the package is dispatched. United States and Canada: 5 to 10 business days. Europe: 7 to 15 business days. Times may vary if the order is placed during peak season or due to customs.

How do I track my order?

Each order has a tracking number, which we send to you by email as soon as the package enters the carrier's system. You can track it in real-time until it arrives at your door.

What happens if the package doesn't arrive or arrives damaged?

We do not offer returns or refunds. We accept size exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the garment is unused, with original tags and packaging; the outward and return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
