Frequently asked questions

How long does shipping take?

Guatemala: 2-5 business days. Mexico: 5-10 business days. Spain, Europe, UK and Canada: 7-15 business days. You will receive tracking by email when we dispatch.

Can I exchange the size if it doesn't fit me?

Yes. We accept size exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the garment is unworn, with tags and original packaging. Shipping to and from our facility is at the customer's expense. We do not offer returns or refunds, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

What sizes are there?

All garments come in sizes S to 3XL. The size guide is on each product page in inches and centimeters.

What material are the garments made of?

Soft, premium, pre-shrunk cotton with a good drape. Quality fabric designed to withstand washes without losing shape.

Are the designs official?

Premium fabric with high-resolution DTG (Direct to Garment) or DTF (Direct to Film) print depending on the design. Unisex cut with a clean drape and a fit that withstands washes without losing definition. Sizes S to 3XL.

How do I wash the garment so the design doesn't fade?

Wash inside out in cold water, gentle cycle, no bleach. Tumble dry low or air dry. Iron inside out. DTG print is made to last if you follow these steps.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. In Guatemala, we also accept bank transfers — message us on WhatsApp.
