How long does shipping take?

Guatemala: 2-5 business days. Mexico: 5-10 business days. Spain, Europe, UK and Canada: 7-15 business days. You will receive tracking by email when we dispatch.
Can I exchange the size if it doesn't fit me?

Yes. We accept size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. We do not issue refunds.
What sizes are there?

All garments come in sizes S to 3XL. The size guide is on each product page in inches and centimeters.
What material are the garments made of?

100% combed and ring-spun cotton, 142 g/m² (4.2 oz/yd²). Pre-shrunk fabric, soft, with good drape. Print-on-demand production: each garment is manufactured when you buy it.
Are the designs official?

Premium fabric with high-resolution DTG (Direct to Garment) or DTF (Direct to Film) print depending on the design. Unisex cut with a clean drape and a fit that withstands washes without losing definition. Sizes S to 3XL.
How do I wash the garment so the design doesn't fade?

Wash inside out in cold water, gentle cycle, no bleach. Tumble dry low or air dry. Iron inside out. DTG print is made to last if you follow these steps.
What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. In Guatemala, we also accept bank transfers — message us on WhatsApp.
