At Algoritmo, each garment is made to order — we don't hold accumulated stock. Therefore, we accept size exchanges within 30 days of delivery, but we do not issue refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect. Here's exactly how it works.

How long do I have to request a size exchange?

You have 30 days from the delivery date shown in the tracking. After this period, we cannot make any changes.

What condition should the garment be in?

Unused, unwashed, with original tags and in original packaging. If the garment arrived with a manufacturing defect, please contact us first with a photo of the defect.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the exchange is due to the wrong size, you cover the return shipping and the new shipping. If it was a manufacturing defect on our part or the wrong size due to our mistake, we cover it.

Do you offer refunds?

No, because each garment is made to order. We only issue full refunds in case of a manufacturing defect or if we cannot fulfill the order (e.g., the design has been discontinued).

How do I request a change?

Write to us at soporte@shopalgoritmo.com or via WhatsApp with your order number and the size you need. Within 24-48 hours, we'll send you the shipping instructions.

What happens if the garment arrived damaged?

Send us a photo of the damage within the first 7 days of delivery. We will replace the garment free of charge or refund your money, whichever you prefer.

How long does the change take to arrive?

Once we receive your garment back, we'll make the new one in 3-5 days and ship it. The total time depends on shipping to your country: Guatemala 5-10 days, Mexico 10-15 days, Spain and Europe 15-20 days.
