Guatemala: 2 to 5 business days from when the package is dispatched. United States and Canada: 5 to 10 business days. Europe: 7 to 15 business days. Times may vary if the order is placed during peak season or due to customs.

Each order has a tracking number, which we send to you by email as soon as the package enters the carrier's system. You can track it in real-time until it arrives at your door.
What happens if the package doesn't arrive or arrives damaged?
If the package does not arrive within the estimated time or arrives with visible damage, write to us with a photo of its condition and your order number. We will replace or resolve the issue directly, without bureaucratic procedures.
Do you do exchanges or returns?
We do not offer returns or refunds. We accept size exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the garment is unworn, with original tags and packaging; the cost of shipping to and from our facility is the customer's responsibility, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
