How Do We Get to Your House

Algoritmo ships to all departments in Guatemala in 2 to 5 business days from Guatemala City. Each garment is prepared with DTG printing and dispatched with tracking. We work with Cargo Expreso for national shipments and with DHL/USPS if you choose express shipping. You will receive a tracking number by email on the day your order leaves the workshop.

Which departments of Guatemala do you ship to?

To all 22 departments. Guatemala City, Mixco, Antigua, Quetzaltenango, Cobán, Huehue, Esquintla, Petén and all the others. Delivery takes the same amount of time: 2-5 business days.

How much does shipping to Guatemala cost?

Calculated at checkout based on your address. Generally Q35-50 with Cargo Expreso. Free shipping on orders over Q500 depending on active promotions.

Which shipping company do you work with?

Cargo Expreso by default in Guatemala. DHL Express or USPS Priority if you want fast shipping (1-2 days with additional cost).

Can I pick up at the winery?

Not at the moment. The entire process is online: your garment is specially prepared for your order. There is no stock in the warehouse for pickup.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. When your garment is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track the shipment in real time.

What happens if I'm not there when the package arrives?

Cargo Expreso attempts delivery 3 times. If you are not home, they will leave it at their nearest office—they will notify you via SMS where to pick it up.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, to post office boxes and residential/business addresses alike.
