Which courier delivers it?

Estafeta or DHL for deliveries in Mexico. The courier service is assigned based on the printing center and your zip code.

Do I have to pay customs duties?

You shouldn't — orders are already nationalized upon arrival from our dispatch center in Mexico/USA. If your order arrives with an extra charge, contact us and we will refund you.

Can I exchange the size if it doesn't fit me?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery. The garment must be unworn, with tags and original packaging. Shipping both ways is at the customer's expense. We do not offer returns or refunds, except for manufacturing defects.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Not at the moment. We only accept online payments via Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay.

Do you have a physical store in Mexico?

No. The entire operation is online. Algoritmo is a Guatemalan brand that designs in Guatemala and ships from logistics centers in Mexico/USA.
